I've done what you suggested me to do :

Open Main/Activity , edit, save (without any changes).
Open Main/Spaces , edit, save (without any changes).
Open XWiki/TagCloud , edit, save (without any changes).

It works now.

Did you save the pages for space, tagcloud and stream 
(EditWikiSaveView) and the macros still appear unknown?

the message :
