Hi, It looks like the -09 revision of the draft added XSS advice, only applicable to browsers, but still doesn't mention the WHATWG work in internationalized domain names, which is what browsers actually use. Are the parts of what the draft references as IDNA-DEFS and IDNA-PROTO fully overlapping
