Hi:
We transferred 600 domains and about 5000 mail accounts from a server using
vpopmail with cdb to a new server using the latest 5.4.0 built with mysql
for auth but no mysql aliases or limits.
After untarring the domains.tgz file and copying over the /qmail/control
and /qmail/assign files

Hello,
I installed vpopmail-bin v 5.8.3-1 on debian woody (along with a bunch
of other packages for a full qmail/courier/mysql mail system).
I noticed in the /var/lib/vpopmail/etc directory the file vpopmail.sql:
create database if not exists vpopmail;
grant all privileges on vpopmail.* to
I don't know what version that is either... but it seems to not come

++
dir_control
lastauth
vlog
vpopmail
++
4 rows in set (0.00 sec)
Any ideas?

I have qmailadmin install running for 6 months without problems. Somehow have this error: file permission error /var/vmail/domains/example.com/postmaster/Maildir/1077057747.qw
i haven't changed anything within the filesystem, such as permission, locations, etc, that would cause such a problem.

I didn?t had the libmysqlclient10-dev package installed.
But I recommend you to install the new 5.4 stable version too.
