How can I restrict to send a mail towards a mailing lists during business
hours?

I use taps file on qmail in order to send to a mail adress all outgoing
mails from indivual mail adress as below;

it works. but there is a problem. when the m...@test.com send a mail to
b...@test.com , the b...@test.com receives two

When I send an email from a...@domain.com to x...@internet.com, the mail also
comes to t...@domain.com
Namely it works.
But I wish to define two or more archive addresses.
How can I do that ?

I use vpopmail on qmail.
As default, when a mail account reaches to its quota, vpopmail sends a
warning message to sender addres about user over quota.
How can I disable to send these warning messages to sender?
I think this condition causes backscatter.
any advice?

I wish the ezmlm to reject sending a mail from outside or subscribers of the

One of these customer domains tells me that, they rarely receive the same
mail a few times. That problem becomes nearly once a week for this
customer.
I haven't any complain from my other customers.
They use outlook
I checked smtp logs for these mails.
But I couldn't see any duplicated mail.
What else may the problem be ?

Dovecot is very well to me. But I have a problem about it. I have to run
ntpd on the server. Because if time is not true, dovecot kills itself.
is there a way to ignore this option without causing any problem on dovecot?

I use vpopmail5.4.x on qmail.
Vpopmail's quota option works at normal conditions. But when I add a
forwarded email account with qmailadmin or manually, quota doesn't work that
mail account properly.
That email account uses more than its quota amount.
How can I correct that case ?
