I think I've got the problem now ! My domains/ folder and all the subfolders for the virtual domains have permissions 700 an are owned by vpopmail:vchkpw. But qmail-send runs as qmails user and has therefore no write permissions on the folders.. So qmail-send cannot deliver bounce
