Hello all, I have a trouble with qmail-vpopmail-ldap on a Linux RedHat 7.3 box. My Ldap server is up and running. I can add a user and a domain with vpopmail over my Ldap server. But When i try to autenticate via telnet pop3, it fails with the error: "-ERR aack, child crashed" *

Hello all guys, i want to use sqwebmail over Ldap in my RedHat 7.3 box. Do i have to configure sqwebmail for ldap or it works using vpopmail with ldap autentication. Any suggestions? Davide

Try logging into mysql as the user and set them up manually. I'm guessing that the mysql tables you set up don't have the right permissions. As root mysql user try: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON vpopmail.* to user@localhost identified by 'password' Hope this helps. Marco - Original Message -

Hi I am running version 5.2 of vpopmail with qmailadmin v 1.02 All is going fine , but I have a little issue I have googled this problem , also looked in archives When I delete a user account and a alias is still pointing to this deleted username it seems to kill the alias with errors like this
