Is it possible to remove a password on an existing user so that it gets
"learnt" the next time the user logs in. Would come in handy when a user
forgets their password, it would save them having to give out their pass
to admin if they ever forget it. I know a lot of users who are paranoid

Michael Bowe has done some incredible work with cleaning up the
vpopmail source. He's added comments and tried to eliminate possible
buffer overflows throughout most of the codebase.
The 5.3.26 release should be feature-identical to the 5.3.25 release,

Hi,
Vpopmail is running fine on my server, but there is on thing that's
strange (in my opinion, anyway ;-)):There is a very fast growing file:
/var/mail/vpopmail
It looks like vpopmail is dumping undeliverable mail into this file. Is
this normal or is there a misconfiguration somewhere?
Thanks!
Have
you tried compiling it like this:
./configure –without-authdaemon –with-authvchkpw –disable-root-check
make
make install
make install-configure
This
will let you compile courier-imap as root and
therefore should avoid any problems with the library files.

I don't think it's vpopmail that's dropping it into that file. It sounds
more like mail is being delivered to the vpopmail user on your local system.
What does qmail have for it's double bounce account (run
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-showctl to see) and also what does your
/var/qmail/alias directory loo
