I was having an issue with my IMAP service and started looking around
google for suggestions.
I found one person suggestion to edit the tcp.smtp file
The exact command I use wiped it clean.
tcprules /home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp <
/home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.sm
Email was sending and receiving just fine via pop prior to
this

Brad,
Check/service/qmail-smtpd/run for the right
path. It's an option passed to tcpserver.

qmail-smtpd/run says
/usr/local/bin/tcpserver -p -v -R -l 0 -x
/home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb -c "$MAXSMTPD" \
Which should mean the when I do , /usr/bin/qmailctl
