[vchkpw] Vpopmail 5.4.28 - rc1 - notes

Hi Matt, I have installed 5.4.28-rc1 on several production mail servers and noticed the following: a.. configure and make went like a charm on Debian Squeeze. The result after configure now also shows the correct version number b.. Perhaps it would be preferable to have the vusaged file
