This is a FAQ: http://cr.yp.to/qmail/faq/servers.html#authorized-relay You need to add your IP to your tcprules database and set the RELAYCLIENT variable to "". You can also configure vpopmail with --enable-roaming-users=y so that when you POP3 in to check your mail your IP is automatically added. [vchkpw] qmail problem
hello all i am still facing a problem of sending mail to remote site. what i do to send mail to outside site not local. like to yahoo or someother worlwide domain. when i enter any domain in rcpthost it will work. but i want that user can send mail to any rcpthost. But i found always error when i send mail that domain is not my list of valid rcpthosts. so what changes i do to set it as to send mail to all domains . thanks wait for a reply. zafar

hello all when i send mail to outside domain,not local domains then mail can't be forward to that domain. and it give error that the domain u specified is not a valid rcpthost. so when i enter that domain then mail will be sent to that domain. i want to know that how can i send mail to any domain outside local domain like yahoo,hotmail or anyother domains registered in the world... thanks. zafar

But you might try this patch for qmail: http://www.qmail.org/qmail-1.03-mfcheck.3.patch I have never used it. Regards, Bill Shupp

This is a qmail issue. Maybe you should try that list. There is a patch for reverse lookups on the qmail.org website. [vchkpw] qmail problem
Hi all iam using qmail and Vpopmail it was working fine past 2 years now i had some problem here is : 1. i want to use 1 email ID for multiple authentication means 1 user ID going out is [EMAIL PROTECTED] and received ID is [EMAIL PROTECTED] if i use single time i can send and received if multiple people (PC) try to do at a time iam getting error domain not in the List. looking for some solution thanks hare
