[vchkpw] vpomail

2004-04-07 Thread Jasmine

I wish to install vpopmail on my qmail server
running sqwebmail. Is it ok to use mysql for authentication?
Also, when i configured sqwebmail, i configured it
with the --without-authvchkpw option, which means 'without support for vpopmail'
.
Do i have to reconfigure my sqwebmail
then?

hi Sune Rievers
   i tried your suggestion and your configuration still does not work. the
same problem cannot check my email.

i think you're missing a \ or your mailer has made extra linebreaks..
mine looks like this:

#!/bin/sh
exec /usr/local/bin/softlimit -m 2000 \
/usr/local/bin/tcpserver -R -H -l 0 0 110 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-popup \
$HOSTNAME /home/vpopmail/bin/vchkpw /var/qmail/bin/qmail-pop3d Maildir
2>&1
