Maybe there should be an option to pick which user to run simscan as. The default would be simscan, which seems to work if the smtp server runs as root. But if it runs as a different user it might not be able to kick off a setuid simscan process. I'll look into it. New --enable-per-domain option allows you to enable clamav scanning or spamassassin scanning on a per domain basis.
