I logged in and experienced the problem. I tried reinstalling Cygwin
and that didn't help.
I was able to get the cygwin-sshd-config.sh to run correctly by
right-clicking on cygwin.cmd and choosing "Run as Administrator", then
running the script from that shell.

Was that the entire log output for the reservation? Does 'grep
24724 /var/log/vcld.log' provide more output than included in the message?

Thanks again Andy! After running the gen-node-key.sh script my Windows 7 image
reserved perfectly :)
I didn't try rebooting the system after changing the setting, so perhaps that
was it. Either way its good to know this work around too.
