Re: Cannot reserve an image

2011-06-28 Thread Yusuke Wada
Josh,

Thank you for your advice. We succeed to get a new reservation.
We missed to adapt the system time between management-node and
database-node, so the query which finds management-node could not
identify management-node.

The query is:
if ($alive == "now" || $alive == "future"){
$query = " AND m.lastcheckin > $lastcheckin' "
AND s.name != 'maintenance'";
}

By the way, we encountered another problem.
We understand that VCL create the ssh config file,
"/etc/ssh/external_sshd_config ".
However this file don't contain newline, so the description is in
one line.
In the result, we cannot run ext_sshd.

Do you have any idea about this problem?

Thank you.

Yusuke,

It sounds like you are missing a computer group to management node group
mapping. These steps should help you check:

- -Use Manage Images->Edit Image Grouping to find what image group the image is
in
- -Use Manage Images->Edit Image Mapping to find which computer group that
image
group is mapped to
- -Use Management Nodes->Edit Management Node Mapping to find which management
node group the computer group is mapped to
- -Use Management Nodes->Edit Management Node Grouping to make sure you have a
management node in that management node group
