Lei, A couple of more things to check. You mentioned No functional management node. Make sure vcld is running on your management node. Make sure it is checking in. Management Node - Edit Management node info. You should see a time stamp of the last checkin. If the management node, web server, and database are different hosts, make sure the time is in sync. Thanks everyone for your help. I changed my timezone to CDT, and the timezone in .ht-inc/conf.php as America/Chicago. It works now! I am not sure why it worked before without the time synced.
