[vdr] Subtitles should not be cleared when a replay has been paused

Hi, I think there is a slight usability flaw in the design how DVB subtitles are handled when replaying a record. Currently, if I pause the replay, subtitles will disappear when their life span has out. Could it be changed so that the subtitles stay visible as long as the replay is paused?

Hi, I installed a dvb Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-S-plus in Ubuntu 7.10. scan and Kaffeine 0.8.5 for Astra 19.2E are OK. I want to set-up vdr and have it already installed via apt-get (version 1.4.7). Which plugins shall I install to get it working in the most simple form. Where can I find some example

I have installed 1.5.17 (i think) of vdr (from the experimental apt repository) however I can't get xineliboutput compiled as it's complaining that it can't find a valid libxine. It looks like the dependencies are quite specific in what they want. Will try to provide more info tomorrow when
