Lauri, I've found only one manual so far: http://www.linuxtv.org/vdrwiki/index.php/VDR_User%27s_Manual. It doesn't contain a word on setup.conf. Also studied the entire wiki, the man page. Could you please provide a link to the exact manual you mean? TIA. __

I've got vdr installed according to http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/vdr-guide.xml with lib-xine as a frontend. I've also got a working dvb config which I can tell from the fact that everything works in Kaffeine. Now, what I see running vdr-sxfe xvdr://localhost is just a black screen with a 'No Signal
