yes I have installed them, but I have seen that my gentoo system
recently update these libraries and VDR was compiled against the new ones.
But my diskless client used the old one so it couldn't work.

Replace the dots with the currently used versions of your linux Distro!.
Your CPPFLAGS are ok to compile vdr with debug symbols.
