Mike, welcome to the list. If it's the long hair, it can be woven into many types of bodies for mites, shrimp, grubs, stoneflies, etc. Some methods would be the twist/belly-lace, square-knot weave, knit-pick weave, rope-dub, and Czech weave. Long hair can also be used for streamer flies. It's
