I just mailed the Saltwater swap, just a couple of notes. I put a sheet
of Fleye Foils in each, these are Bob Popovichs new product. They are
all Medium Bay Anchovies pattern.
There are 2 flies with no tags, The very small Size 8 Tan Charlie and
the and the 1/0 thunder creek sand eel.
Stop all carbonated drinks for one. Worked for me.

Beat IBS decades ago by getting off pop- my downfall was Dr. Peppers, multiples
per day =’d buckled-me-over cramps.

there is a small percentage of folks who can not use artificial
sweeteners, Splendor and all it's cousin's including soda's. It caused
cramping and severe bouts of gastric distress.
These are not things you want to happen when fishing, which when wading
is a great exercise!
