Rod-builders: I would like to personalize my expensive rods with feather inlays and a #32 Mustad hook. Do I need to strip off the finish and start over? Can I put a new coat down on a roughed-up surface, containing the feathers? How would you go about it? Thanks, DonO -- You received this
