I'm also a member of a couple of forums as well as this one email list.
I personally prefer this format for 2 reasons, the first being its more
informal, which may result in some paople finding it easier to post here
than on forums.
The other being that when I work away it is easier to pick up
I have never been able to master the forums. The list is the way for me.
