Hi DonO;   You got to see the rod in person, pictures don't do it justice.  The corn cob grip is suprisingly comfortable but,  Tony's rattan covered grip has got to be the most confortable grip I've tried yet!  And it would look  good on a twisted quad with two side flamed.   Just my two cents
