[VFB] Charlie Bonner
I never met Charlie Bonner, but following the news of his untimely passing, I did a little research on the web. I am so sorry that such a young person should pass away so soon and wirh pain and discomfort. Charlie was the same age as my own son. Life is not fair. I feel for his wife and children and extended family. Neville (Nev) Gosling --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the VFB Mail group. [VFB] Re: Profile plates
I use a DicK Talleur profile plate, its' adjustable and inexpensive. Find a piece of mat board, a scrap from a framing shop will do, cut a rectangle, and then score the middle across, fold on the score line, use a small piece of mono on the bottom to hold them together so it stands up on it's own, my finnished plate is 6 x 8. Like a table top tent advertising stuff in a restaurant, I find a pastel works best, and you can move it around so it's within your view line. [VFB] Re: Profile plates
Good idea. Thanks for sharing this. I have never used one and have been thinking of getting one. This would not be in the way of the tying.
