Hello is there anyone out there?
Quick question, my dye pans a little negleted and not cleaned very well and
I need to do some dying.
What do others use to clean up their dye pans?

Hi Ashley,
I use a bleach solution, if needed, followed by lots of hot water in a
rinse. All the pans are stainless steel.
Hoping to do some dyeing here too, soon.

I use disposable, one use food type pans, like rubbermaid or even the
cheapies that cost one dollar each at the dollar store. I use one for each
color I'm dying, and when they crack or get decrepid, throw them out. Saves

I use the glass Pyrex containers. They clean easily with soap and water. Can be
placed on a heat source to keep the dye solution hot if necessary. If used
properly will last a life time or two. I have gotten to a stage in my life
where I try not to use anything disposable. This can be hard to
