Hi Don,
Thanks a lot for the information. I don't worry so much about some flies, but was a lot concerned about Iain himself. I'm glad that he is alive and kicking.

Sounds like more pipe-dreams to me, Chuck.

i own a couple of shares in a water utility company and this is being
discussed as a viable way to get water to these desert areas that are
way to populated, of course there are profits to be made as well.

Well, Chuck, seems like it's an idea that holds water.
You need to pump your state congress-person to get the idea flowing.
Let the government handle it, and the flow will end up in Mexico.

Hi Chuck;
At first look, this sounds reasonable but, I can't begin to imagine the cost.
That plus the amount of energy to transport fuel through a pipeline is
relatively small in relationship to the amount of energy in the fuel. I can't
imagine the same applies for water. you would

It's kinda amusing, when I first heard this I really had to think about it.
We're in an unusual perid of earthquakes and floods, droughts, etc. Kinda
makes you think for a minute and go Hmm, is there something to this? Then
logic creeps in and I laugh.
