Hans has two versions on his website. The one tiied by John Ridderbos,
is Jack Gartside's original recipe:

Jack's website is kept by Mike who looked after it while Jack was still
alive and decided to keep it going.
I'm glad he did otherwise all the info and articles would be lost. I think
he still puts out an occasional newsletter during the season ans sells the
books and materials.
