overpriced two thousand dollar processors, they use it for artificial

As alex said the only way to do this is to put the card in a slot that
supports ACS (the PCH slots)
Looking at the boards block diagram will help you do this.
No ACS = No SR-IOV.

Using Q35 (automatic 3.0) instead of i440fx fixes the VM CPU idle usage
