The working group is an open mailing list so anyone can join. My name is
on that page because I was a vocal commenter when the spec was being
developed, that's the extent of my involvement. I don't know what kind of

I'm guessing you have an older version of iMovie, though you do not
say. Try dragging the title to the timeline by dragging the little
T icon next to it.
