I can't commit to regular, but could do it some Sundays. What is the mechanism for requesting the time slot from the host and announcing it to the list?

There are two basic options:
1. you can request a date+time+title+duration+capacity from me via
email. The more advanced notice the better. Max capacity is 25, but
if you think it will be less then it's great if you can estimate it so
other small meetings can take place
