Hello Jeff,You could use Synfig http://www.synfig.com/. (Although it might be a bit of an over kill.)You could also use the GIMP http://gimp.org/ using the it's GAP subsystem. Here's some links on GAP (that I found with a bit of searching): http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/Using_GAP/
