difficult to say what theme is best. It really depends on what you
want functionality you want.

I use thesis for my main blog and my videoblog - it's pretty easy to work
with. There's a simplified skin based off thesis that I use for my videoblog
- check it out at http://www.davidleeking.com/etc
Never had a video-related problem, does embeds well ... I like.

There is no best theme really, it's all subjective. In reality any theme
would work, and with some plugins, you can really extend the display of your
videos. With that said
I'm using a theme from Brian Gardner called Tubular for
www.socialmediasphere.tv which I bought a license for and it seems to work
fine for me a non-technical person.

I purchased the theme, Video Elements, for wordpress, but am having
trouble using it. I am using FileZilla to transfer the file to my host,
but when I log in to wordpress and go to design then themes, the theme
I downloaded does not appear in Available Themes.
