I'm a bit unclear where that code came from.
You could try clicking the Share link on your video at Blip - you
will get a panel popup which has a number of different options. The
one that comes up first is the one you want - Copy Paste. (It's
not specific to different types of

Paste was a big header under it.

that Wordpress hosts. Is that what you have? If so, I'm not sure
where you'd put the code, but perhaps you should email Blip and ask
them - they will respond very quickly.
