The dimensions you want to shoot for are 640 x 360 from HD and 552 x 414 from SD. The maximum bit rate you can encode in is 2500 kbps. Forget about H.264 as the max you can use with that makes a much softer image on a TV. If you use the above, it will look like a DVD on your TV. H.264 looks
