but make sure to store them in the right place and to
rewind/fastword the tapes so that they don't loose
their shape or strength.
As was suggested, when uploading your tapes to
computer, do a pre edit of what you really need.

editing it, the final production came to 2 x 4GB size

Yes they might offer 1GB upload for professional
members but not for the regular member.
I can understand, imagine one million videos at 1GB
each on their server. Limitation is 150MB for the
regular guy. Unless it has changed within the last 3
days.

Does that mean including the source at the end of the

The best advice I was given from this site is Videora
iPod converter. I use movie maker and videora converts
this format into iPod setting which I then upload to
blip.tv.

I can convert a film into iPod format, but once I
