hey .. this reminds me... i wanted to ask if it's possible to subscribe to multiple tags this way? e.g. if i wanted to subscribe to the tags 'duncan' and 'video' on one feed? i tried it with delicious and fireant before but couldn't get it to work? i want to try it with my current project.

Hey Josh,
Thanks for your advice, but although I posted the video in the middle
of the night, it hasn't shown up on the Technorati page yet. The post
is located at:

I included the link to Technorati as suggested and I even
Hi Casey,
It sounds like you need to manually insert the enclosure tag.
Here's how you do it in wordpress:
1. Sign in to admin and go to the post in question
2. Scroll down to custom fields
3. for 'Key' type in enclosure. And, for 'Value' type in the direct
path to your video.
4. Save and
Sorry Monique, but I already have my Quicktime video entered as an
enclosure. The problem I'm having is getting the actual post to show
up on the Technorati videobloggingweek2006 tag page. Anyone have a
solution?

It might just be that Technorati is slow. I couldn't get my post to show up either so I did a seperate ping (Feedburner already does one) just for them. Then about 45 minutes later it showed up.-Verdi

The Verdi has spoken... I won't worry about it so much. Still, I
posted my video over 9 hours ago, so one would think that it would be

Here's how I fill out the ping-o-matic [ http://pingomatic.com ] form to let technorati know that I have updated my blog. This is optional. This just makes it show up faster.

So let's do it! :) I think Peter's implementing his side of things
now, and the Vertigo group will have code for you to do it with
FireAnt really soon now.
This will be a huge step in the right direction.

Michael ... when you say you did a separate ping, do you mean you logged in a technorati and then did the ping now thingy with respect to your vlog, or do you mean you did the ping thing at feedburner?... Richard

I wonder maybe the tagname is too long or their indexing did not

fwiw, I've never gotten Technorati to work on any blogs I've run, Movable Type or Wordpress. Using both categories as tags and the proper tagging rel elements and links and everything.I just gave after a few months of trying off and on.

The problem, for me, is that mefeedia does not show my last three videos, though wordpress, fireant and iTunes do, so I can't tag it, if meFeedia doesn't pick up the videos (unless there's something I don't know about, which is always a good possibility)

Also, it's nice to be able to tag while you write the post and not have to go somewhere else. Tagging on a site seems better suited for you tagging other people's things.I tagged my post:

Are you guys using ping-o-matic (default in Wordpress)? I am and I thought
that might be it. I've tried pinging from technorati's website directly
and will see if it'll update now.
I'm a lazy guy, and I don't want to tag my posts at fifteen different
