Deirdre, There are two basic options: 1. you can request a date+time+title+duration+capacity from me via email. The more advanced notice the better. Max capacity is 25, but if you think it will be less then it's great if you can estimate it so other small meetings can take place concurrently. Indicate the timezone you are thinking in. I imagine that Paul Knight and Loiez would also be happy to set these up for you or others. 2. you could go to the flashmeeting.com and request your own account You can set up reminders using various tools, but I prefer to send them out myself manually. Some have suggested that they liked the Sunday evening 7pm GMT slot for this. Please contact me if you'd like to moderate this. Likewise, we'd like someone to moderate an "Asia/Pacific" friendly time slotted conference. A few people have indicated they would attend if this were at the right time.
