well I guess I havent taken any action yet because I for one want to give them a chance to fix the problem.As for wha VEOH's done in the past ... there's been a few full appologies, and a promise to make it right. I'm not sure what more we could possibly ask for. I'm not going to 'claim' it because I think that's crazy ... my name, email, url, etc are in the feed ... if thats not sufficient, they've bigger problems than they are likely going to be able to fix.
