think you can pretty much bet the farm they do not have a contract with the
rights holder let alone one that allows them to sell copies in the US.

though Welcome to the South was a small festival tour in 2011. The only way
you could obtain them would be to track down the owner and ask to show them
which is not too realistic since forgetting money issues there is no legal
