My Tie^ng Vie^t is struggling. I hate tones :-(
I think OSS has a huge potential in Vietnam. I have several IT contacts
that recently returned from studying in France. Many have experience using
Linux which is nice. These guys could promote Linux :-)

SaigonLUG is pretty much dead now. Tracy just left, permanently, for
the US yesterday. The other Linux expats are not relatively active.
There is a new group of new Linux expat
Hmm, have you recently synced with portage? I think the latest
version of binutils, or another file, I am not sure, requrites you to
use /etc/conf.d/hostname and /etc/conf.d/dnsdomainname
Check the Gentoo Forums.
