The SE/30's new hard disk had 7.5.5 already installed, which was rather
convenient, except that it wants to take 27Mb of RAM (out of 32Mb) all the
time. Seeing as 7.6.1 is using 9Mb on my IIfx and 9.1 is only using 24Mb I'm
figuring something is set wrong... but where do change it's memory usage?

This is what I have done:
I put an 80meg hard drive in, replaced the ribbon cable with one
from a IIsi, put in new RAM (but it's not enough! I wanted 32megs
instead I have 16 - or 4 sticks of 4 each..all my 1meg sticks were
bad and I don't have
Is there a system extension that will provide spring loaded folders (as
with Mac OS 8 and 9) with the System 7 Finder?
