I'm very grateful. It seems any cable service is
immune because they don't rent/buy bandwidth from
MaBell. This is a real issue up here - the caps and
extra charges if you exceed.

without download caps. So far I have one.
"He is probably on either Rogers or Sympatico high
speed access. My ISP is CompuSolve (Barrie Digital)
and I have no Cap.
