Hi, Robert. I use my computer and iTunes to back up both my iPhone and my Mom's iPhone. If I understand things, iTunes can only be connected to one Apple ID at a time. So if I'm going to work with my Mom's phone, I have to sign out and sign in with her info when I hook her phone up. HTH, Dani
