Actually, Shortcuts is an app, not a setting now. Open the Shortcuts app, make sure the My Shortcuts tab at the bottom left is selected. At the bottom of the screen, find Create Shortcut. There will be a search box to find the app you want, etc. I wrote in Safari. Several options came up so I
