Richard I gone so far as to reset the modem and router when this happens, but it doesn't help.  The problem is there isn't a problem with any other device at the time of these events.  I have many devices including 2 desk top computers and the internet doesn't even slow when this happens.

After exporting the OML file from Overcast, you then go to that file, pull up the share sheet by choosing to share it, then choose Downcast from your options.  It will then automatically open the file in Downcast, and all of your podcast will be listed in Downcast.  This is what I did
