With the discussion of Speech Central for reading Bookshare books, I am curious
to know if anybody has had any recent experience with Bookshare's reader?
Before I got Voice Dream, I used the reader they use to have. It was good, but
Voice Dream was better, so I stopped using theirs. I

his last name), which he suddenly removed.
I believe he started it up again with a slightly different name on groups.io
A couple other groups popped up almost immediately.

It would be nice, if voice dream reader, could support .OGG files. I
am glad though, that it will now support .M4B files. I don't have a
lot of audio books in that format, but do have a couple things that
would be nice to not have to convert to mp3 format.

If you only have one device, having syncing to iCloud enabled may go a long way
to getting everything back if you delete the app and start over.
I forwarded your note to my contact at the Applause Group. I hope he has a

Thanks Greg.
After going through too many hoops, I got a book in ePub format into Speech
Central.
I will not do that again until direct downloading from Bookshare.org is put
into the app.
I also find the app continually dumping me out of the app when I try to skip
forward 60 seconds,
Just because they are set to update automatically, doesn’t mean they always do,
at least, not in a timely manner.
You may want to go to your purchase history in the app store and see if Voice
Dream Reader shows Open or Update.
If Open, it is current.

Hi, Richard,I have almost 74 gigs free out of 256 gigs. Yes, I have both emptied the App Switcher and rebooted my phone. Nothing seems to make a difference. I'm almost tempted to uninstall and reinstall VDR and start over. I absolutely should not have to do this, however. It would totally mess up

Hello,
In order for speech central to see it, you need to download the book in epub
format. Once you do this choose the add option from the main screen in the
speech central app. Next choose the import option and this should open up an
interface to the files app on your iPad. Now the file might
