A lot of people's points here ar that without voiceover, you would not have
braille. I know you would like such an option but it does not currently exist.
Braille support is tied directly into voice over as it now stands.

The native caller ID should do, when a call comes up, the person that is
calling will be displayed on the braille display. You can then use whatever
