I too had the same issue. After checking it out I found that Apple has the
over the ear price that you can connect to them and they work perfect.

Can anyone help me with advancing my mail without constantly having it
going to back to the mailbox to click on it only to repeat the process over
and over again until my mailbox is empty? I have tried with no success.
