Some Kindle books can be read aloud if you have the Alexa app.

you just do a two finger down and the kindle app reads your book with
voiceover. I’m confused. is that what’s trying to be done? because vo works

You might need to look back at the Kindle store to find the details about the book you purchased. Perhaps text-to-speech is not supported for that particular title.

Hello folks. I have the Amazon Kindle app on my iPhone and I am also using
Voice-ore. I am currently reading a book pared with my Braille Note on the
Amazon Kindle app. The person who wrote the book said there was a way to
turn the speech on. However, I can not get the Kindle to work with
