You can use the VoiceOver rotor to easily move by word, character and line.
Touch on the page to get near where you want to be and then turn the rotor to
the unit of movement. Then, simply flick up and down to move backward and
forward

For simple reading, I find the iPhone app to be pretty good
will read the book and in the kindle for pc it will be red by

for 99 cents. I know that some of you like cookbooks, which don't come up on
BookShare. Here are a few listings, all of which get over 4-star ratings and
